Our Services
We provide roof replacement, roof repair, roof leak repair, storm and hail damage roof repair, roof inspections, siding, and gutters and downspouts. Anything not described on this site is not offered. Availability depends on the property, the weather and the schedule at the time you call.
Use of the Website
This site exists to describe the work and to put you in touch by telephone. Read it, print it, pass it on. Do not copy its text or photographs for another business, scrape it, or use it in a way that misrepresents who we are.
Appointments and Estimates
Visits are arranged by telephone for a time agreed with you. A written estimate sets out the proposed work line by line and holds while the costs behind it hold. It is an offer to carry out work rather than a contract in itself; work begins once you accept it and a date is set. Where decking or structure beneath a covering turns out worse than it looked from above, the additional work and its cost are agreed with you before it is done. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to that manufacturer's own terms, registration and conditions.

The text, photographs and design of this website are ours or used with permission, and stay that way.

What is written here is general. Roofs differ, and nothing on this site diagnoses a particular roof or states what a particular job will cost. An expected lifespan given after a visit is a professional judgement of what was visible at the time. We say nothing about what any insurance policy covers; that is between you and your insurer.
